1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with VoiceScribe, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to noreply.voicescribe@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

Your Paddle Order ID
The email address used at checkout
A brief reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)

We will process your request within 3 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider — typically 5–10 business days after approval. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

4. Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

Requests made within 14 days of the original purchase
First-time purchases of a subscription plan

Refunds are not available for:

Requests made after the 14-day window
Subsequent billing cycles of a recurring subscription that was not cancelled in time

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within VoiceScribe or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
