By purchasing or using VoiceScribe ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use VoiceScribe on up to 2 devices. The license is valid for the duration of your active subscription.
VoiceScribe is sold as a monthly subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms at paddle.com/legal.
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at noreply.voicescribe@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software. You may not use the Software for any illegal purpose.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
